Welcome, I’m Karli.
I am so glad you are here.
I am passionate about childcare and have dedicated most of my adult life working as a full charge nanny and babysitter for many different families. My longest nanny position lasted nearly 10 years! I have helped care for newborns up to age 14. My experiences range from traveling with families and overnight care to potty training and fostering developmental milestones. I have also helped with house management tasks and organizational projects.
My childcare experience is vast and I pride myself on my patience. My most proud moments have been the ones where kids in my care used skills I’ve shared to show empathy, kindness and emotional regulation.
I do not believe in cookie cutter care. Every child is different and I meet everyone where they are at. Every day is a new adventure and there is a big world to explore!
I choose to practice radical kindness because the world has enough unkind moments.
